Symptoms
When logged in and attempting to access any Menu function, in some cases just after logging in, the following error occurs:

"You do not have rights to access this page"
This issue does not happen with users with ADMIN Role
Steps to replicate
---------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in and change role to desired role
2. Access any function and error happen
