Service Request Detail Report (XML) Does Not Display Time For Task Dates (Doc ID 1525548.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

Actual Behavior

Service Request Detail Report (when executed as from the concurrent program) does not display time for Task Dates. Actual Resolution Date only displays Date but not the Time.

Expected Behavior

Expect the Date and Time to be displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Execute the Service Request Detail Report from Service > Others > Reports > Service Request Detail Report
2. In the Report check the Actual Resolution Date
3. Only Date and not Date and Time are displayed.
