Goal
It is required to update the EBS NLS translations or to enable a new language in EBS.
To perform this task the steps from the Note 252422.1:Requesting Translation Synchronization Patches is being followed.
After uploading the file manifest, a NLS Synchronization patch is received, but it is password-protected.
Note 252422.1 does not mention having to get a password from Support to get the NLS Translation Synchronization patch.
