When attempting to create a Document of Record, on clicking the back button, the following error occurs.

ERROR
----------
Page Security cannot be asserted. The page has either expired or has been tampered. Please contact your System Administrator for help.

This error is an offshoot of the fix given to Form validation errors which pop up while creating a Document of Record.

STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into applications.
2. Go into responsibility 'Employee Self Service'.
2. Navigate to 'Documents of Record' function which opens page 'Create Document of Record'.
3. Try to create a document of record and when entered a value for 'Valid From' and tab out, the below pop up appears.
'Form validation failures for all mandatory fields'.

It is expected that the pop up window for Form validation failures for all mandatory fields should appear on clicking on 'Next' button

Since users using the system know that fields with (*) symbol mean they are mandatory, the system should allow them or give them
an opportunity to fill the mandatory fields first and then prompt them if they miss them when they click on 'Next' button, but not earlier.

When this issue was fixed by a patch 15945519. This patch should be ignored.

However, as customer faced an issue as below, the patch was replaced with an another patch given in the document below which has
a consolidated fix for the navigation issues related to DOR.

4. Enter all the details and click on 'Next' button.
5. Next page is 'Documents of Record Review Page'. Here click on 'Back' button.
On clicking Back button the above error appears.
