Suggested Buyer Instant Search Does Not Display Active Buyers (Doc ID 1526023.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Iproc suggested buyer Look ahead search does not display active buyers

At iProcurement checkout, when user starts typing in Suggested Buyer field, the instant search gives no result ('No items found'), even if the buyer is available and can be found with the normal search (Magnifier).
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the buyers to be shown that match the criteria types in the suggested buyer field.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Click on Non catalog request
2. Add item to cart
3. View cart and checkout
4. Checkout
5. On step 1 of the checkout start typing for example Brown

It shows 0 results

6. click off the suggested buyer field and it populates with brown but never showed the buyer in the look ahead.
