Goal

When an Approval Hierarchy has 3 approvers as follows:
-Employee  A: Creates and Submits Purchase Requisition for approval
-Employee  B: Approves and Forwards the PR to Employee C
-Employee  C: Rejects PR
When employee C rejects the PR, system does not automatically send a FYI notification to employee B informing that Purchase Requisition has been rejected.

Is it possible that the notification to be sent to employee B same as it is sent to employee A, i.e the notification with the subject: " Purchase Requisition xx has been rejected"?
