iSupport: Not Possible To Create a Return: Java.lang.NullpointerException (Doc ID 1526278.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version

Not able to Returns items through Oracle iSupport.

When returning items using iSupport the following error occurred

java.lang.NullPointerException


ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException

 

Steps:

1. Log in to iSupport

2. Go to the Account tab

3. go to Returns tab

4. Click on “Return Items” button and enter an Order number

5. Click "Go" and on next page choose the order line

6. Click "Add to Return"  -> error occurs
