Customer Support Specialist Error Trying to View 'Bill Presentment Invoice' Using SR Related Objects (Doc ID 1526663.1)

Symptoms

In Customer Support Specialist (CSZ) users need to be able to relate the appropriate Invoice to a Service Request, and then view the Invoice from a link.

While users have Bill Presentment defined and visible somewhere else in the E-Business Suite, the link does not work in Service.
Basically the issue is that Bill Presentment Invoice Preview (BPA) does not work using Service Request - Related Objects in Customer Support Specialist.

Error:

 (x) Error
  Unable to find transaction "1234567".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created a meta-data object so that users can relate Invoices to Service Requests in Customer Support Specialist responsibility.
2. Create the relationship using the OA Web function ARBPA_TM_REAL_PREVIEW.

The link to Bill Presentment Invoice preview does not work. The invoice is not found.
The related object link appears to not be able to find the invoice using the customer_trx_id.

What is Working

- Able to create the relationship
- BPA works using Receivables Manager.
