Symptoms

Attendee from previously audited expense report are showing on current expense report being audited.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
When audit team audit's an expense report and move to another expense report, the new expense report being audited is showing up the attendee from previously audited expense report. If auditor logout and login back, sometime the attendee doesn’t show up but sometime it stays. If expense report is audited without the attendee stays on the report causing issue for policy violations.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Audit an expense reports having attendees.
2. Audit another expense report and attendee shows up from the previously audited expense report causing miscalculation of attendees.

Expected Results: Attendees from a different expense report should not show up on expense report being currently audited.

This is really hard to catch and auditor has to pay really close attention wasting lots of time. This is hard to catch issue and will cause compliance issue.
