How to create a new Service Request Sub-Node for the Universal Work Queue(UWQ), using the 'Define Node' Function. (Doc ID 1527012.1)

Goal

The Service Request Node of the UWQ comes with the following seeded Sub-Nodes:

 

(R) Service

(N) Universal Work Queue

 

 

Note:

The profile: IEU: Queue: Service Requests is set to Yes to display the above.

 

By following this note it will be possible to add in Customized Sub-Nodes to the Service Request Node ONLY.

 

 

Note:

Oracle does not advise to edit or change any of the seeded Service Request Sub Nodes.
