The attachment indicator is not available when an attachment exists on a dispute in the History tab of IEXRCALL.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections > History Tab
- Create a dispute on an invoice.
- Query the dispute in the History tab, and add an attachment.
- Requery or refresh the tab, the attachment is there, but the attachment icon doesn't indicate an attachment is there.
