Error Stale Data on Clause Version When Attempting to Create a Clause (Doc ID 1527452.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 Contract Terms Authoring, when creating New Clause Version by means of exporting.

Or attempting to do Import of the clause text from XML file, the following error occurs.

Error
Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
Cause:
The record with primary key values {<primary key values>} could not be found in view object ArticleCreateAM.region1510_region1_oracle_apps_okc_articles_server_ArticleCreateAM.OkcArtVarSectionsVO1.


Steps to Reproduce
1. Query clause and create new version (button): Contract Terms Library Administrator Responsibility>Contract Terms Library>Clauses

2. Click on Export button > Open File to modify clause text (Open in Word XML format): In Word, Modify clause text and select Save( Word XML 2003)

3. Click on Import Button.
4. Error: Stale Data
