Explosion is Not Correct When Hours are Entered against an Overridden Element

(Doc ID 1528408.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 04, 2014

Applies to:

Oracle Time and Labor - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When the profile option HXT:Overtime Functionality on Holidays is set to Daily/Weekly/Special Overtime only and Holiday Rule for Regular, two issues are encountered:

1. When there is a holiday on the beginning of the week, and an overridden entry towards the end of the week, the Holiday day gets
Regular Hours and Holiday Overtime hours both.
2. If all five days of the week are holidays, Weekly overtime does not get paid on the last day ( if eligible) when all 5 days have Overridden entries.

Expected behavior:
In both these scenarios, Regular hours should not be paid on Holidays
