Last updated on JULY 10, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Receivables - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

A new Journal Entry Description for Receivables Event Class "Invoice" was defined.
This description is linked to follow journal line definition:

-Invoice Revenue
-Invoice Tax

This "Journal Entry Description" is using following source:
- Bill to Customer
- Transaction Number
- Transaction Line Tax Rate Name

When attempting to Create Accounting for an invoice, all the previous sources are sent to General Ledger Journal line description except the “Transaction line tax rate Name” for the revenue lines.

The Transaction Line Tax Rate Name on Journal Line Description for Revenue Lines is needed.  It currently only shows on tax line for the invoice.
