Once automatic attachment template documents are changed or modified they are not viewable from the sales order.

Expect the automatic attachment to be able to me modified and viewed on the sales order form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create sales order header for a customer where a attachment rule is defined for the customer/header >
open the auto attachment and modify the text (long text type) > Save. >
Navigate away and back to the order header > open the attachment via the "paperclip" (FNDATTCH).
What is interesting, is the record does show up in the fnd_documents table with a security_type of '1',
even though the template is '4' and a publish_flag = 'N'.
The record also shows up in the FND_ATTACHED_DOCS_FORM_VL view.
