Error Page Appearing During Payment Creation From IReceivables (Doc ID 1529346.1)

Oracle iReceivables - Version 12.1.3 and later

Logged in through iReceivables responsibility.
Made a payment successfully.
Then select the "Return to Account Details” link in order to select another invoice for payment.
The page opens successfully.
Select another transaction and clicked the 'Pay' button.
This time, the error page appears with the following error message:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. Click here for exception details.

So everytime the 2nd payment is made, the above error appears.
