Symptoms

Create a custom Web ADI Integrator to upload data.
As long as there are no invalid records (red sad face) in the spreadsheet, all rows get a green smiley face after a successful upload.
If there is an invalid row in the spreadsheet, then the invalid row shows the correct error (red sad face), but none of the successful rows have the green smiley face. All of the successful rows that did not have errors  were uploaded into the database.

The problem is that if there are invalid record(s) (red sad face) in the spreadsheet that, then the records that were successfully uploaded do not get the green smiley face.
