Error 'BEN_91904_PROCG_END_DT_NULL' When Running the Close Enrollments Process

On version of Oracle Advanced Benefits,

After submitting the Close Enrollments Process concurrent requesty, the following error occurs:

The Process End Date cannot be NULL.
Causes: Process end date in BEN_PIL_ELCTBL_CHC_POPL is NULL.
Action:   See your system administrator.
This error has occurred in the following package : ben_close_enrollment.close_single_enrollment.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.

3. Select Request Name "Close Enrollments Process" and submit.
