Symptoms
XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program fails with:

The application accounting definition Cost Management Encumbrance Application Accounting Definition owned by Oracle is not validated.
Please validate the application accounting definition or update the application accounting definitions contained in the subledger accounting
method XXGALAM.
