Posted event is missing in xla_events for receipts.

Analysis
=========
Reviewed the data for the receipt and found the following.

a) The receipt is created in REMITTED status.
b) The receipt is applied to an invoice.
c) The receipt is posted to GL.

Reviewed the data for the receipt and found that it is posted to GL.

Reviewed the data for EVENT_ID 3457900 and found the event is not present in XLA_EVENTS.
The data is present in XLA_AE_HEADERS, XLA_AE_LINES, XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS and also in GL tables.

It seems as though the data in XLA_EVENTS have been deleted.

The receipt also has duplicate entities.
