Customer Search: Customer Forms Doesn't Show All Customers Unless 'Customer Type' is changed Back and Forth. (Doc ID 1530727.1)

On R12, Customers Module

Actual behavior
Customers Search  does not return all records. It returns only few customers and there should be a lot more.

Steps to reproduce:
-Receivables Manager, N: Customers : Customers
-Enter 'TEST' in the 'Customer' field and click on Go.
-The search returns only few records (even though there are more customers starting with Test.)
-Then change the Customer Type to 'Person' from 'Organization' and flip back to 'Organization'.
-Now all customers starting with test are correctly displayed.
