On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to create a personalization on the Sales Order Form it is not working.
Setup to have on the Sales order form when the WAREHOUSE field is populated that
it is mandatory that the subinventory must be entered.

Expect that when you enter info in the WAREHOUSE field that you will not be able to book the order
if the subinventory must be entered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM--> Orders/Returns
2. Create a Sales order--> Enter sales line info
3. Populate info in the WAREHOUSE field, then see that subinventory is mandatory filed (in Yellow)
4. Enter info in subinventory filed, but field is not mandatory.
