FS Portal: Assigned Parts Button Grayed Out (Doc ID 1530805.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Field Service Administrator/Technician Portal (FSTP), when transacting a debrief, the assigned parts button is not active to bring over the parts. The parts on the internal order are fully received.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR and Task
2. Create Parts Requirement
3. In Sales Order, closed status
4. Part is received in Inbound Orders and Reservation
5. It is shows Fully Received in Requirements
6. Task on dashboard
7. It is shows Full Received on Parts tab after clicking on Update icon.
8. Assigned Parts button is not available in Material Debrief
