NEWLY CREATED SOURCE SYSTEMS INFORMATION IS NOT IN TABLE HZ_ORIG_SYS_MAPPING (Doc ID 1530885.1)

Symptoms

Unable to see new Source Systems in base table (HZ_ORIG_SYS_MAPPING).
Options selected at the time of creation are not shown at the time of update or view of the Source System.

New Source System is created to import data from that System.

Responsibility: Customers Online Data Librarian Superuser
Navigation: Administration > Source Systems > Source Systems
Create a new Source System and be sure to select "Allow Multiple Source References for a Single TCA Record" check box checked for Accounts, Addresses, Contact Points, Contacts and Parties.
Press the Apply button.

You will see your newly created Source System displayed on the page.

Click on the new Source System Created.

Notice that the Multiple Source References is not showing any rows even though you selected during creation.
You are not able to see these even when you select the Update pencil icon.

Also, the new source system created in not appearing in the HZ_ORIG_SYS_MAPPING table

The following query does not return any data:

Basically there are two issues here:

1) Data of Source Systems is not getting in to the table: HZ_ORIG_SYS_MAPPING
2) The "Allow Multiple Source References for a Single TCA Record" is not working as expected.
