Symptoms

Running ARXLAUPGCP module: Upgrade Historical Receivables Transactions for Subledger Accounting, and it fails with the following errors:

Error messages in log file:
ORACLE error 1086 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01086: savepoint 'UPGRADE_BY_REQUEST' never
established in this session or is invalid
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_UPGHARNESS_PKG", line 956
ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
 
This occurs when trying to run the upgrade in an instance that uses Cash Basis Accounting Method.
