GL Import for Consolidation ends in Error : failure to malloc memory for control->sources

Symptoms
When attempting to import consolidated data the following error occurs.

sqlerrmc:
ORA-01403: no data found
Number of Journal Lines to Process at Once = 1000 (changed it from 25000)
GL: Number of Accounts In Memory :2500 (it was null before)
Set GL Journal Import : Separate Journals by Accounting Date to Yes
There are 10 millions+ lines for the date so changing the "GL Journal Import: Separate Journals by Accounting Date to Yes" profile will not work.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a ledger for consolidation,with type primary.
2. Import journals from the other ledger. Run journal import and get error
