Duplication of assets by Mass Additions is possible under certain conditions.

1.  User A, in the Mass Additions Summary form.
User A changed the value in the QUEUE field to `POST.'
User A saved their work.
User A did NOT close the Mass Additions Summary form.

2.  When User A was working in the Mass Additions Summary form, User B started the Post Mass Additions (FAMAPT) program.
The program finished normally.  The program created the new fixed asset from the line which had the value of 'POST' in the QUEUE field.

3.  User A came back to the line where they changed the value in the QUEUE field to `POST.'  User A changed a value for the line such as the description and then saved their work.

4.  User B again runs the Post Mass Additions (FAMAPT) program.  The program again creates the asset with the same invoice line.
