We have been using the Password Security option with the E-Business suite as detailed in

How To Setup Password Security? (<Document 564125.1>)

However we have now integrated the E-Business suite with Oracle Access Manager 11gR1 (11.1.X) which enforces it's own password policy. What is the required configuration to Disable Password Security in the E-Business suite for SSO enabled users, yet still enable Password Security for LOCAL users?
