On : 184.108.40.206 version, WMS, Shipping & Transportation
When attempting to process order the Sales order line stuck in the Picked Status even though
it has been picked and shipped successfully. Need to progress line for invoicing see the
Error Name: -20001
Error Message: ORA-20001:
Error Stack: nnnn Ship - Line, Manual Ship Exception Error -20001 ORA-20001: OE_Shipping_WF.Shipping_Activity
(OEOL, nnnnn, nnnnn, RUN, nnnnnnnnn 1,6,10,11,14,15,16,17,36,39,40,44,46,Shp-E-4E-34) Wf_Engine_Util.
Function_Call(OE_SHIPPING_WF.START_SHIPPING, OEOL, nnnnnn, nnnnnn, RUN)
Workflow end with Error at Ship Activity with a result of Exception.
1. Responsibility: Order Management
2. Order Organizer > Sales Order >>> Query Order = nnnnnnn9
3. Observe: Line 1.1 qty = 2 stuck in AWAITING_SHIPPING
4. Customer tried to "Retry Activity in Error" and the order remains stuck.
