Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, WMS, Shipping & Transportation

When attempting to process order the Sales order line stuck in the Picked Status even thought
it has been picked and shipped successfully. Need to progress line for invoicing see the
following error.

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Order Management
2. Order Organizer > Sales Order >>> Query Order = 20000699
3. Observe: Line 1.1 qty = 2 stuck in AWAITING_SHIPPING
4. Customer tried to "Retry Activity in Error" and the order remains stuck.
