Goal
After upgrade to R12 Concurrent manager logs are displaying with xml tags.
The bahavior remains the same with AFJSMARG set to "-server -Xmx384m -XX:NewRatio=2 -XX:+UseSerialGC -Doracle.apps.fnd.common.Pool.leak.mode=stderr:off" and after bouncing concurrent managers. These log messages need to be stopped being captured.
