Aging Bucket Amounts in iReceivables Do Not Match Customer Account Details in Receivables (Doc ID 1531556.1)

The Aging Bucket information for a Customer in iReceivables page does not match with Receivables Collections Aging bucket information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From iReceivables check the Aging for a particular customer.
2. Check the Aging for the same customer from Receivables / Advanced Collections and they do not match

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct numbers and see a discrepancy.
