Symptoms

Getting error when trying to settle a claim in PENDING CLOSE or CLOSED status.  Claims with status of New or Open do not get this error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Accounts Receivable Deductions and Settlement
  2. Navigation: Claim
  3. Select Claim Number
  4. Settlement
