Interaction Will Not Automatically Close After Clearing Header in Advanced Collections (Doc ID 1532089.1)

After changing a strategy, the form doesn't force the Open Interaction to close.
The interaction continues even when another customer is queried.

Steps to Reproduce:
: Collections Agent
: Collections
Start an Interaction
Change the strategy
Use F8 to clear the form
Query a new customer

Notice the interaction from the old customer is still going.
