Interaction Will Not Automatically Close After Clearing Header in Advanced Collections

Oracle Advanced Collections - Version 12.1.3 to 12.1.3 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
After changing a strategy, the form doesn't force the Open Interaction to close.
The interaction continues even when another customer is queried.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
Start an Interaction
Change the strategy
Use F8 to clear the form
Query a new customer
Notice the interaction from the old customer is still going.
