Importing Using Autoinvoice Concurrent Program Gets Error: Error calling raapic() and ORA-20001 (Doc ID 1532106.1)

On : 12.1.3 version,

Attempting to execute the AutoInvoice Process and receive the following error:

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables with Latin Tax Engine enable for Brazil
Navigation:  Interfaces > Autoinvoice
1. Run autoinvoice master program with parameters:
  Number of instances = 1
  Organization: All
  Invoice Source = PROJECTS INVOICES
  Default Date = 06-MAY-2014 (sysdate)
  Base Due Date on Trx Date = Yes
2. Wait until this program finish and Review the log generated and observed the error described before
