ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that a Locator is defaulting automatically on material issue for non serial controlled items in Depot Repair Technician Portal
STEPS
-----------------------
1, Depot Repair Super User > Repair Order> Create job> Execute jab>
2. Add materials to the materials requirement; add 2 item ( one serialized and one non-serialized)
3. for serialized item, enter serial number and save it
Scenario 1:
4. Select all on the material requirement and click on issue
You can see that for the non-serial item, the locator is coming... This is not expected behavior.
Scenario 2:
5. Select one item(non serial controlled) on material requirement > you can see that the locator is blank. This is the expected behavior.
