When Trying To Open The Sales Order Window An Error Message ORA-06508 is Displayed (Doc ID 1532313.1)

Symptoms

This is the scenario:
Order Management > Orders, Returns > Sales Orders : This Error Message appears: "ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package ONT_HEADER_Def_Hdlr Procedure Default_Record:",
after bouncing the server, the issue would normally be solved but then after a while it would frequently appear again.
