Event date of Subledger Accounting (SLA) Reversal event for Claim settlement populated as Claim's GL Date.
Using the public API OZF_Claim_PUB.Create_event() used to create SLA events for Claims. When ceating reversal entry, the ACCOUNTING DATE of reverse entry for these claims are same accounting date of original entry.
If claim is created in NOV-12 and cancel the claim in JAN-13 --> Accounting date is going as NOV-12 for the reverse entry. So for this transaction to post to GL we need to open NOV-12 period.
