Address Validation Missing In Prospective Supplier Registration Page (Doc ID 1532350.1)

Symptoms

In Prospective Supplier Registration for united states suppliers, address fields are not validated. It behaves as a free text field.City, County and State fields are not validated against the Geographies data provided in Trading Community Architecture.
Supplier Address Validation works well while creating supplier addresses in Payables Manager but the same validation does not happen in prospective supplier registration.

This causes confusion with the supplier addresses.

 
Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to Prospective Supplier Registration page
2. Enter incorrect data for Address fields: City, County and State.
-- Application accepts the data as a free text field.
