Goal

When I take an Order and use the 'Manual' build functionality (Actions > Operational Planning > Create Buy Shipment > Manual), if I populate the Transport Mode ID, Rate Offering, Estimated Service Time and Estimated Cost: 100 GBP, the resulting Shipment does not contain the Rate Offering in the financials tab.

Is this to be expected?
