PAXRVRVW.fmb -- Revenue Review form

Symptoms

When users click on the Help -> Record History menu option from the Revenue Review form, the following error is displayed on the form. The error seems to be occurring on records that were converted to XLA during the upgrade to R12.

ERROR
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in fdxwho
Cause: fdxwho failed due to ORA-01403: no data found.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.

Changes

 Upgraded from R11i to R12.
