Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Internal Sales Order Imported with Booked Line Status instead of awaiting shipping.
Note:
This case only happen when raise replenishment count. It works fine if raise Internal Purchase Requesition manually.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Internal Sales Order Imported should be at awaiting shipping status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create replenishment count
2. Run Requisition Import
3. Run Create Internal Order
4. Run Order Import
5. System generated the ISO with line status 'Booked' instead of 'Awaiting Shipping'.
We expected that the line status should default as 'Awaiting Shipping' and ready for release.

Due to this issue, users are unable to release sales order.
