Quick Pay Balance Results Does Not Display Dimension 'Element Entry Inception To Date' (Doc ID 1533147.1)

Symptoms

After creating balance dimension 'Element Entry Inception To Date' and processing Quick Pay, the dimension is not available in the list of balance results. However other dimensions for assignment PTD, FYTD etc. are available.

STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add dimension "Element Entry Inception To Date" to any balance which returns a value
2. Run a Quick Pay and examine balances.  All dimensions apart from "Element Entry Inception To Date" will be shown
