Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related

There are intermittent performance issues creating transactions through the Transactions Workbench or Autoinvoice Import Program

The SQLs identified that are involved with the performance issue are using ZX_LINES table.

 

For example, the following SQL sometimes run too long because the wrong index is used:
