Goal

Does Oracle Bi Publisher have an option to limit the number of rows any query should fetch from the database from the system level at any one time? Something similar to the row limit in OBI Enterprise Edition Answers, which defaults to 6500.  Option to limit number of rows queries can fetch from the database.
