ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Orders are failing due to sync program. We ran the synchronize supplier contact standard oracle program and that created an extra space in jtf_rs_resource_extns.
The program updated the SOURCE_NAME field in JTF_RS_RESOURCE_EXTNS, and also updated the JTF_RS_SALEREP name and that in turn updated the RESOURCE_NAME in JTF_RS_RESOURCE_EXTNS_TL table.

The issue is we ran the "Synchronize Supplier Contacts" program and it has overwritten all the Supplier Resources, and added spaces to all the Supplier Contact resources in the JTF_RS_RESOURCE_EXTNS_TL table. If you look at the code, it adds spaces to separate the names mainly to take into consideration "Middle"name, but if you look at the po VENDOR contacts tables, there's No Middle name, so not sure why its there in the program. If you do standard import of Supplier contacts into JTF_RS_RESOURCE_EXTNS, there is no space, so the program is not following what the standard CRM import process is doing. We have external Sales order Import and OIC Payment process that rely on the Resource Name for mapping purposes. So this Synchronize Supplier Contacts program looks to have a disconnect in standard import process. Even the Synchronize Employees program doesn't add any spaces to CRM resources.
