Errror You cannot deactivate an asset for which there are open work requests or service requests or work orders (Doc ID 1533588.1)

Symptoms

When trying to  inactivate some  numbers in define Asset number form,  the following error is visible

ERROR
----------------
Cause: You cannot deactivate an asset for which there are open work requests or service requests or work orders



The issue is only seen  for several asset numbers, rest are ok

STEPS
--------
1. Responsibility enterprise Asset management
2. Go to Assets > Define Asset number > query by asset number  > uncheck Active
3. Maintenance Super user > Work Request > see status is On Work order
4. EAM > Work order > query for WO and se status= Complete
