Log Search Resulting in No Logs Returned When Searching with TimeStamp

When attempting to view a log via the Log Search screen (e.g. such as clicking on "View Log" from an action), no logs are displayed or downloaded. It is noticed that if the timestamp (labeled: From) is removed or set back some hours, that the logs now show up. However, the logs displayed include a timestamp that is off by some hours as compared to when the action was actually executed.
