On 12.1.3, Service Request tab on Contact Center form, it is found that the Instance Name field LOV does not work and gives an error:
"FRM-41826 Cannot Replace Group; columns don't match LOV"
- Add the 'Instance Name' field with Folder tools.
- Enter the customer name for SR, then use the list of values for the Instance Name field.
- Error is received.
