Symptoms

Web ADI download for Accounts export is failing with:

"A problem has been encountered initializing the control for importing the data as detailed below. The data import has been aborted.

SDH: VOData Not Found 25009
Number of valid rows
BNE_ROWCOUNT"

Steps to reproduce.

1. Supplier Management Administrator
2. Supplier Home
3. Advance Search
4. Search for a list of suppliers
5. On top of the resuls list press on the Export All Button
6. choose the viewer i.e. Excel 2000
7. Excel opens and shows:

A problem has been encountered initializing the control for importing data as
detailed below.
The data import has been aborted.
SDH:VOData Not Found 21009
Number of valid rows
BNE_ROWCOUNT
