Promotions: How To Get New Appraisals with New Objectives for Promoted Employees ?
Eligibility Profiles based on Grades
Eligibility profiles linked to objectives and Appraisal templates having same appraisals dates.
Employee promoted from grade to grade so that the employee is eligible to a new appraisal template and new objectives.
The promoted employee remains with the same supervisor.
Before the promotion, the plan has already been published and the employee has one appraisal created with the adhoc appraisal template.
Eligibility Profile: EP17 linked to grade 17
Eligibility Profile: EP18 linked to grade 18
Objective: OBJ17 (weight 25) linked to EP17
Objective: OBJ18 (weight 50)linked to EP18
PMP including objectives (cascade)
Appraisal template: APP17
Eligibility Profile: EP17
Appraisal template: APP18
Eligibility Profile: EP18
All dates are the same.
Create appraisals: Yes
4. Effective date: 25-FEB-2013
5. Employee assigned to grade 17
6. Publish the plan. The Mass Appraisal Creation program is run.
7. An appraisal is created for the employee with Appraisal template: APP17 and Objective: OBJ17 (weight 25)
8. Effective date: 26-FEB-2013
9. Employee promoted to grade 18
